CONNECT | EDUCATE | ENGAGE | INSPIRE

Conscious Do Good traces its roots back to 2018 when it was known as Operation Rainbow Sprout. Its founder, Kristina, had a vision to make a positive impact in the community by organizing monthly do-good events that were open to anyone who wanted to participate. Each month, a different philanthropic activity was organized, but the events always had a common theme: educating participants about the issue at hand and inspiring them to make positive changes in their lives. By the end of the year, Operation Rainbow Sprout had collectively clocked over 400 hours of volunteering!

Today, Conscious Do Good has expanded its mission to include helping corporations engage in meaningful volunteering activities that make a lasting and positive impact on our communities and the world. By promoting education and advocacy alongside philanthropy, Conscious Do Good aims to create sustainable change and inspire others to do good in their own lives.

MEET OUR TEAM

Kristina Kury | Founder

Kristina is a versatile entrepreneur with a proven track record in philanthropy, event management, and marketing. With the successful launch of her second company, she brings a wealth of experience and expertise and has a talent for achieving impactful results.

Outside of running Conscious Do Good and her other company Sprout Creative LA you’ll find her outside camping, hiking, and enjoying nature as much as possible. She’s also the co-host of the podcast Laughing With Gingers.

Angee Meen | Operations Manager

Angee is a seasoned philanthropist and nonprofit founder with a strong background in operations and systems. Her passion for social impact is matched only by her ability to strategically organize and execute complex projects.

Besides building Conscious Do Good, you'll find Angee down a rabbit hole or singing in the aisles of random retail stores. The lucky will catch her dancing, thinking no one is looking. If you've lost her in a museum, it's because she's three rooms behind reading every word and staring at every pixel. When in nature, she will likely be improperly dressed for the occasion and accept all food offered. You are allowed to feed this animal.

Malcolm Smith | Events Manager

Malcolm is charismatic and energic, naturally motivating and inspiring people. By creating a supportive environment, he empowers teams to work together and achieve greater outcomes. His leadership allows team members to step into their full potential to make a meaningful impact on the world around them.

In his free time, Malcolm is a mixed bag of fun. One night you might find him enjoying shows like Hamilton or Rent at The Pantages Theater and the next night he will be hurling balls at people in a local dodgeball league. We don’t predict where Malcolm will show up. We just sit back and wait for the stories.
